Rusinga recognises the importance of healthy competition in academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. To facilitate this, the school is organised into four Houses, St. Matthew (Red), St. Mark (Blue), St. Luke (Orange) and St. John (Yellow). There are regular Inter-House activities throughout the year.
