Global Perspective

Global Perspectives offers students an opportunity to explore, reflect, discuss global topics from global , national and local perspectives. Through this course students develop the following key skills:

 

Information skills

Global Perspectives students learn Perspectives, Research, Analysis, Synthesis, Planning and Questioning Information Skills.

Critical thinking skills

Students undertaking Global Perspectives learn. how to think better through Reasoning, Evidence, developing Claims, Drawing Conclusions, Identifying Bias and Vested Interest, Developing Statements of Argument, Problem Solving and Empathy

Independent learning skills

Studying Global Perspectives aims for learners to develop Memory , Note Taking , Reflection and Evaluation Skills.

Collaboration Skills

Learning how to work is critical life skills, Global Perspectives students learn Teamwork, Decision Making and Creativity 

Communication Skills

Good communication skills  are vital whether in school, university or work . Global Perspectives allows you you to learn  Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking Skills
